Looking for a good takedown case for my 3pc. long bow
« on: May 23, 2012, 06:14:00 PM »
Any suggestions for a nice case for my 3pc. longbow. I want to be able to carry in case with the bow taken down.

I have a Pronghorn case that is excellent. It's a hard tube type with sleeves built in. Not only great for travel, but protects the bow well.

I have the riser and 2 sets of limbs in mine right now.

Safari Tuff makes a nice soft case with limb sleeves.

Safari Tuff.  He's a sponsor here too.

depending on how heavy a case you want, you might want to take a look at a take-down shotgun case. SKB makes one that's pretty much bomb proof.

I had a Safari-Tuff case that I got in a bow trade, I liked it a lot. Then in fit of stupidity I let it go on another trad....that was dumb! The tube type is pretty good also!

Safari tuff. A nice compact package.

I use two piece longbows and put them in a fleece two piece sleeve. They fit in my Arrowmaster quiver when packing in deep or dragging out. I would imagine the three piece might fit as well.

Good luck

Been very pleased with my soft Kathy Kelly bow case.  They make different styles.
