I am looking for judges.  Two Tracks is signed up as one, I think you would be perfect for the job.  That is about the only way you are guaranteed a taste.  After the judges go thru, his pot always goes quick with guys in the know grabbing two , even three bowls of it.

If anybody else wants to sign up as a judge, PM or E-mail me.  I think we should go with six.  The chilis will be judged on a scale of 1-10 on factors such as taste, color, and presentation.

I will get everything tabulated while the big chili dinner is happening and make the announcement for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place while the big dinner crowd is there.  There may even be prizes...

Looking forward to shaking your hand buddy.  If you need to ship anything early, let me know and if you need anything while you are there, my son will be your official gopher--everybody has him doing odds and ends.

SteveO I volunteer as a judge. Are you sure can keep the Compton Board out of those positions? They sure like their chili!

Felix, you have lodging anytime you are in Michigan.  Airfare I can't help with!

Mike,Ii hope if the Board Members aren't working, they will be entering!

So, I have two Michicanders and two Wisconsinites lined up so far, we need some other states represented for the judges.
