Going way back in memory for me.

The 62" Ben Pearson Colt came in two different models depending on poundage and they were the 7070 and the 707 models.

The 7070 was sold up to 45# and the 707 up to 55#. The 7070's brace height is 7 1/2" to 8 1/4" and the 707's is 7 1/2" to 8".

Hope this helps you out.

I have one, a 707. 62", 47#@28". It's a beater, but a real sweet shooting bow. It likes a brace of 7 3/4". Good luck with yours.

I start with most of my old Ben Pearson recurves at 7 3/4. never seem to have to move them from there!
