Good luck. I was a dealer--for several years their top dealer. I did thousands and thousands of dollars worth of business with them, plus dealings "on the side" with the bowyer.
About two years ago all communications ceased. I had over $10,000 worth of bows on order, and had been assured a shipment was coming within a week or so. I haven't been able to get a phone call or e-mail answered since. I've had several other dealers from the U.S. and Canada contact me with the same problem.
The original owners retired and the bowyer took over. I never had any problems with the founders. I wish I could have at least recouped the money for the riser wood, veneers, glass, and glue I bought when he was moving the shop and had a cash flow problem...or at least have gotten some sort of explanation as to why I got the shaft after many years of business and friendship.
They are among the best bows I've ever shot, and I don't see my two longbows ever going anywhere...but I also don't see me ever doing business with them again...if he is still in business.
