A&H Archery
« on: June 15, 2012, 05:33:00 PM »
Just a quick note. I just received a bow from these guys and the time and energy they spent helping me be a very satisfied customer was incredible. Even if this bow was not the best bow I have ever shot the service was second to none. After all what good is ANY product without the customer service to back it up. Thanks Dan and Larry

I've never reached an answering machine at A&H, they guys always take great pains to answer my questions.  Old fashioned service speaks volumes doesn't it?  My only hope is that if they ever decide to close down the company that they give us lots of warning so we can stock up on limbs before the best bow in the world isn't available anymore.

I have to ask.

What bow have you shot that you feel is better?
Because I think the A&H is pretty darn good!

I had a really good group going... until I shot the second arrow.

My best bows are the ones someone else didn't want.

I'm sure he meant other bows had a better feel for him. Not better craftsmanship or anything else derogatory in nature. A&H is top notch!

I have two A&H bows.  The bows are top notch, but the customer service and attention to detail and customer satisfaction can't be beat!  I'm more impressed than ever with the speed and performance of these great bows built by a great company!

I said that wrong my apology. It was and is the best bow I have ever shot or owned hands down and I have owned probably 20 to 25 custom bows. What I meant was even if the bow would have not been the best for me it is still a great deal because of the service. Does that make more cense? Sorry I am not a writer and better not quit my day job. When I first got it I even emailed Bjorn and told him how much I liked it and was excited about it. This post was meant to be another kudos to A&H.

Tracy, I was getting all excited thinking there was a better bow I needed to try!  LOL

I agree. These are great bows. I got mine used so I can't speak to the customer service. But I can speak to the workmanship and performance of these bows.

AWESOME!

In the past year, I have told myself I am done buying bows. I have found my five favorites from a few years of buying and selling but A&H is one of two or three I would still like to try.

That's what I told myself too (I mean out loud in front of my girlfriend (with my fingers kind of crossed behind my back a little))...

Anyways, A&H are on the top of my list for bows that I want to try and perhaps buy. I thought I read on here a while back that they weren't making bows for people anymore or that they weren't responding to people's orders or something like that...So, I thought I had a good reason to not get one. Am I wrong? How long is the wait time on bows from them lately?

You can have a bow in a few months, and they have risers and limbs in stock sometimes too-check the web site-you could be shooting one next week!

I had many A&H bows and needed customer service twice. One was for a used set of limbs and another for a new set limbs. I received the same quality customer server on the used limbs as I did on the new ones.

Customer service means a lot to me.

Does anyone have the aluminum riser with the new shorter limbs?
