The Obenhauf's dressing I used that had a strong smell is called Leather Oil.

Ray Holes' shop is right here in Grangeville, and, yes, DryBoot is an excellent boot treatment.  I can buy it from several local stores here in town.  I use it on my Arrow moccasins - great stuff.
