I need an antler base that roughly matches this one, anybody out there?

If so lets see your finds! for some reason this year was slim pickens.

This had to hurt.

Them are some great pics Dan.  It is amazing to me that a tree can squish an animal in the woods, but I know of it happening at least 3 times now. Your little bull picture,my friends steer and a whitetail doe near my tree stand across the road from my house. The steer was in an ice storm and the doe was pole axed by a 6-8 inch limb that came down.
OH!, I can't help with the burr, good luck in your search.

No worries on the burr, I'll find one around.

We joke that it was the first elk killed by a pine beetle...there were a couple large jagged branches buried deep into about where his spine would be, I think that was mostly what did him in, who know though.
