Hill W/ Cedar limbs, reservations No More!
« on: June 26, 2012, 08:09:00 PM »
I Received my first ever new Hill, about 2 months ago, It is the Panther 70" 62 @ 28. Ive got several Hills with bamboo limbs and are fine performers but i had some reservations about the Panther since it has cedar lams., NOT ANYMORE! after shooting and finding the arrows it likes, this thing is amazing!
For the Hill lovers out there and those that might be considering a Hill, have NO! reservations at all, The Ekins make a QUALITY longbow no matter what the wood. As with all the fine bowyers out there, its great to see that QUALITY never goes out of style. Thanks guys for keeping traditional archery alive and well because of your fine products and skills!   [/IMG]

Haha I ordered mine yesterday with alternating yew and juniper/cedar laminations. From what I understand cedar and bamboo have similar limb performance
