Dynamic Spine 1916 vs 1535 GT
« on: July 22, 2012, 10:12:00 AM »
I've got two bows that are shooting 1916's well, cut to 29 1/4" with 175 Grain Field Tip.

The 1535 GT dynamic spine at .600, all things being equal are the same length GT's be the same as far as shooting?

I was wondering if these should shoot close to the same?

They should do ok,but in my experience you can't compare aluminum spines with carbon spines. They may be close in spine but react and recover differently.I wouldn't just cut it to the same length,I would tune the carbons to be sure.
