New to trad archery and have been having lots of fun. A local guy I shoot with suggested I read this book. He told me to forget about the tennis part, and apply it to archery. It was suggested to him by someone at a trad tournament. Its a great read and think it could help anyone with the mental game of archery. The guy who suggested the book is an awesome shot by the way.

I agree, as a fromer tennis guy I have an original copy. It was a revolutionary book when it was first published.
