I got some Poppin Mocs several years ago at one of the TBOF shoots.  LOVE 'EM!

Every time the topic of mocs comes up I feel compelled to offer up this bit of prognostication . You boys are in for an ass busting. Started wearing them back in 81, been on my butt a few times. Finally gave up on the Dyers,Chippewas and any other doubled,heavy soled moc. I now use a thin buckskin pucker toe type moc for my blackpowder events. They let you bend your foot more and get better traction. Just yesterday I was shooting with a group at a 3D shoot and a guy went down wearing a pair of these ass busters. Light rain the night before and the ground a bit "greasy". They'll do the same thing on dry grass. Not any of my business and do what you want, but been there, done that.
Genesis 27:3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison;

These particular mocs were $130 + COD shipping ($14.99, I think)
Turn around on mine was about 4 weeks, Ethan had to wait 8 & I know others who're still waiting.

I love the shoes, they were definitely worth the wait, but I get the impression that Poppin can be a little, lets say, under-motivated. Turn around time seems to be pretty much whenever they get around to it.

They are out of Sevierville, Tn.

Pretty much what Rob said.  I do really like them though.  I bought them figureing I'd mostly werar them to kick around the house.  But I like them so much I actually wore them to a friends wedding last night!!  :D   Complimented nicely by my Robtattoo belt knife, of course!  :saywhat:
