Need info on Bow Makers
« on: July 29, 2012, 06:54:00 AM »
Wanting to get a 66" takedown recurve made, can anybody recommend a maker who produces a 66" overall recurve? I was lookin at the Bob Lees but it seems 64" is as high as the go as far as takedowns are concerned.

Dan Toelke makes a 66" Curlew take-down recurve. I own one and it is quiet as a mouse like all Dan's bows, smooth and stable and exceptionally fast.

And look up top at the banners. Click on "Tradgang Bowyers and Bow Emporiums". All of those guys are sponsors here. Scroll thru them and you might get some ideas. Good luck in your search!
