New to Me.....pic
« on: July 30, 2012, 02:37:00 PM »
Since I only crown dip for myself now, my hunting buddy in Wyoming needed some Gold Tips(Wheel shooter).

Never used wraps but I bought some from Onestringer. Picked up some GT Trads from a TG member here, had some original GT XT shafts laying around and...had to visit the Compound shop I used to work in to buy 4" vanes.

The arrows don't look bad but I did screw up a couple wraps when applying. Sorta looked my bed after a rough nights sleep. I'm mailing them out to Wyoming this week...Here ya go...

They look very nice to me. I always have a problem with the wraps. A neighbor uses a computer mouse pad and get them right every time, so when it's time for new wraps I'll go by for a visit, LOL...

The mouse pad trick really does work when rolling on those wraps Joe. I think that's what onestringer recommends on their website.

Nice arrows BTW.
