Thank you Bison Gear
« on: August 03, 2012, 02:42:00 PM »
A few years back I bought a Bison Gear Lost River pack from a fellow Trad Gang member. The top of the pack around the edge developed a spot that looked frayed and a separation on the edge of the top flap. I sent it back to Bison Gear and they replaced the entire top, no questions asked.

For those who own a Bison Gear Pack be sure to remember the life time warranty, no matter who owns the pack, and no sales receipt required.

The pack has been a great performer and the rest of the pack is in great shape and now with a new top compartment flap.

Thank you Bison Gear

Just bought a lumbar pack at Denton Hill. Can't wait to find out how it performs for me. It only has two pockets. I have a cheapo nine pouch pack and can never find anything in it. Very confusing in the woods. (No, I'm not a smart guy.)

Angelo was great to visit with while at Denton Hill. He asked me a lot of questions about hwo I hunt. I think I purchased the right pack.

Hey Ken,,,,
thanks for posting this and saying what you did about Bison Gear.  I have been looking at gear lately and although i have really liked the looks of the Bison Gear packs and love the materials they use, I have always considered them too expensive for my budget.  After hearing that, it will make the investment that much easier!  You gotta love a company that backs up their products without putting you through the ringer when it comes to reciepts, original packaging, useage, etc. etc.  (Not that I don't understand the reasoning behind those policies on some items)  It seems many "offer" great warranties or customer service but when it comes right down to it...it's a lot of hot air!

Thanks again....good to hear.
