yea those are turkeys. the momma with babies I've been watching seems to have lost a bunch the last time I saw her. Hopefully they were just laggin' behind. Are you asking about hunting them in the yard?

I hunted turkeys close to houses before. Went with a bullhead so it was a miss (or several) or a kill with no running off (one)
Like the deer thread going on right now its more about where it's gonna go after it's shot.
