for some reason, arrows of the same spine and makeup don't always shoot the same. i shoot a black widow psax 52#@27.5". i shoot a 3rivers traditional only 400 shaft at 28.5", 150 gr head, 100 grain inserts with an 7" wrap and 5" feathers. this arrow will shoot my bare shafts perfectly straight with extreme accuracy out to 40 yards (as a bare shaft!). when i shoot a gold tip 5575 with the same components, the arrow shoots consisitently very weak. even though these arrows are supposed to be the same spine and only have a difference of .2 grains per inch, they shoot completely different.
