I rough scored him at 73- 5/8" so that is a darn close guess. We fried some of the backstraps in some olive oil on a hot pan yesterday for lunch. The Antelope tastes better than it looks.

I am glad I came close on the score    :D

I am sure you don't need any antelope advice from a midwesternerer but one thing I am REAL good at is eating...

I take all my antelope "burger" meat and make it into breakfast sausage.  My daughter actually cried when I told her we had just had our last batch of antelope sausage gravy!
