Limbsaver Spraypaint??
« on: August 07, 2007, 10:05:00 PM »
I was at the local archery shop and saw something new, Limbsaver Spraypaint. It's for on treestands. I've been wanting to dull down my Lone Wolf for a while, so what the heck, I picked up two cans. I sripped my standand painted it up. This stuff really works. It's not magic, but definitly makes a significant difference. The buttons on my old Army BDU's won't "tick" on the sidebars anymore. It also gives a sticky kind of texture. I thought some of you treestand hunters would like to know about this stuff.

Is it kind of like the undercoating spray (rubberized) you can get at NAPA?  If it is, I bet it cost more under the Limbsaver name.

It was expensive, it'll tick me off if it's the same stuff.

Yup, it seems like the same stuff to me. I saw a demo of it recently at an outdoors show and someone in the crowd said that and it ticked the vendor guy off, but he was right! Shawn
