Season starts tomorrow. I'll be hunting unit 76 here close to home, should be good. I'll be hunting with the first custom recurve I ever owned, a 1987 55# custom Bighorn.

Saw about 60 elk while scouting a couple weeks ago and found this. Definately made by elk and active but what the heck is it? Worlds largest wallow, a mineral lick, what? Just guessing but that almost looks like a spot the cattle lessee would have used to hold their animals for a couple days. Lots of cow poop in the area?
