More bear scouting pics

Went out again last Sunday afternoon. Rough country but it has it's own beauty. Found some acorns but no other sign.

Someone else has been hunting here.

Rough country hardly describes it! An errant shaft is in trouble in that setting.
On the other hand, it is very beautiful, spectacular actually. Quite the view.

I need some advice on bearhunting I live rt on the edge of ahuge tract of privately owned timber ..a rep from the company came up to me and my hunting partner and asked us if we would be interested in helping reduce the bear population we were at a3d shoot. There are 5 bear per square mile and they are hurting the timber.my buddy said no right away a bear came at him a few yrs ago and he had toshoot it several times to stop it.the kicker is I can only bowhunt no guns.I am friends with 2 bearhunters but its allguns and dogs with them.
