5/16 wood = .3125" 2215 ID = .313" ... maybe 2214 is better
21/64 wood = .328125 2315 ID = .329375"
11/32 wood = .34375" 2415 ID = .345"
23/64 wood = .359375" 2514 ID = .362625"
As far as I can tell 2514 are only available as Easton Grand Slam Digital. All shafts are available individually from Lancaster Archery so you dont have to buy a dozen. The inserts are cheap and 1 aluminum shaft of 32" should make at least a dozen screw in footing adapter thingies. I think I calculated you can get a dozen of these made for like $10 or less. Much less if you dont need 2514 which are about $2 more each.
So those are probably your best fits, although with the number of different aluminums out there, you might measure your shafts with a caliper first, or just be prepared to hit em with some sandpaper.
Just remember ....
with aluminums, 2016 means 20/64" outer diameter and .016" wall thickness.
And yes I know this is an older thread but I found it while trying to determient the best sizes, so hopefully this spares the next guy some trouble.
