As AWbowman says, you have to consider the bleeder if using it and the length of the insert you're using. You could get short aluminum inserts (not as strong as a steel or as heavy) and you could use a brass insert if using carbon to get front end weight up. I also used to hot melt flattened lead shot in the top of the ferrule before putting an aluminum insert in to get weight up. If using carbon, you just need to look at shaft insert, point weight and insert weight and see what combination gets you to your goal.
