There is no know cure for your ailment. The only know treatment is buying and trading more bows!   :goldtooth:

A few of my buddies have claimed that I have the same sickness!   :biglaugh:

Allen gets my vote for King of the Classifieds, followed closely by Big Ed.  These guys have been medicated for years and still can't get it under control!  Both of them have been out of the game the past few months with injuries and still continue to buy and sell bows they received but never even shot!

Hi, conedoggy. My name is Bruce, and I'm a bowholic, too. Even though I know I don't need to I cannot help look at the bow classifieds EVERY time I visit this site. Feeding the monster does not help. Even when I purchase a new bow, I STILL check out the classifieds to see what else might be there. I'm sorry, I don't have any advise to help you overcome this sickness. Maybe someone much wiser than me that has fought the illness much longer then me ( I've only been doing this for 20-25 years ) will pipe up and offer their discerning views.

Good luck.

I went through it a few years ago. I bought and sold quite a few bows, some I regret selling. Right now, I'm satisfied with the bows I have, but can't help peeking at the classifieds occasionally. I don't need any more bows, but if I happen to see a nice ........

A temporary cure that usually works for me (at least for a few days) is to balance the checkbook    :(

One going out and one coming in right now...Up for a Kempf build in January and then a February build with Jason Kendall....Truely this is becoming a financial balancing act. Does it ever end?  There has to be a wise analogy that brings perspective to this endless pursuit of perfection.  I don't know perhaps Jim Neaves or Leon Stewart can help!!!

I'm afraid I have that affliction as well. At this moment the Shelton in my signature is in Georgia and a Black Creek Banshee is supposed to take its place tomorrow. I should be okay for a while then.

I can't see how you guys get all excited about this stuff. I can take it or leave it no big deal. The only reason that I have any of my bows is that no one else wanted them and I felt sorry for them. So if any of you are trying to quit this disgusting habbit you can send the affending bow to my house so you won't be tempted. Just trying to help.
