I am hearing about way too many tree stand accidents this year so far, most have ended in death. No animal is worth getting hurt over and your family is WAY more important. Please everyone wear your safety harness or hunt off the ground and be able to go home and see your family again!!!

No one was wearing harnesses or linemen belts. I have heard of half dozen accidents so far.In this day and age why are hunters not wearing these things? When i used to hunt from trees i did some STUPID things and lived to tell about it some how.I now only hunt from the ground and the number of accidents from tree stand i hear about every year are going up,why? We have the best safety gear we have ever had!I don't understand why?

I have a customer who is a Surgeon who says if we knew how many people fell in home made or cheap stands and screw in steps we would never use them. He also named a couple box stores selling really cheap stands...Greg
