It has been my ONE and ONLY for most of 20 yrs. Tried a few others for fun over the years, nothing compared.  

Not sure what others mean by not quiet or pretty.  SA Autumn oak is pretty and "maybe" had 2-3 deer jump the string in 2 decades.

You will be sooo pleased.

Recent pic from the other weekend- I want a Hill longbow too but don't want to have to decide witch one to take out in the woods

She will be ready in 2 weeks.  They had a partially finished bow in stock.  I might actually get to hunt with it.  Can't wait and look for pics in 2 weeks.

I bought my first Widow used in 1976, shot Ben Pearson and Bear before that. I have owned many BW's since and still shoot them because they fit me and shoot best for me. My favorite now is a PCHX osage that I bought in 2010. The owners of Black Widow are committed to serving and pleasing anyone that buys their bows. They are as fast as most and very smooth and forgiving to shoot.

I can contest to the A.S  strings what world of difference not that they we bad just that much better,I switched this year and no the PCH X is my go to as well,The customer service is Second to None just great guys to deal with as there are others out there that are good as well and the best thing they have one stop shopping on their website/catalog.
