Longbow (one piece) pre-load limbs?

Longbow one piece----Wondering when a bowyer finishes a new bow and marks it 50#@28", did he design that bow to be pre-loaded at 28"?
Now if the customer wants it 50#@26", does he design the pre-load for 26" or just scale the same 28" draw at 26"?
The same for a 50#@30"?
I am assuming that pre-load is where the bow will preform the best at the customer's draw length? Ken Denton

Each bow is different and that performance is in the design of the limbs.  You are going to get a different result with draw specific and you are limited in a one piece design per say.  You can work with the handle in a one piece to push the working limb around but I don't know if all bowyers do this, but it could be done but it cost money in that R/D state.  
So to answer your question I do believe that most make the pre-load around the 28" draw.
