Just came in this morning from sitting out in pouring rain and everything survived except my gloves. They gave out after about 1 hour and started leaking. Nothing worse than cold hands or feet.

I really like mountain hardwear Epic gloves. The insulation is very light and thin, but absolutely waterproof. Very expensive but I made my last pair last for over 10 years. Don't like the new ones as well, different material that is stiffer. You should probably try them in person before buying.
