Anyone Sell 3.5" Parabolic Feathers

I have never seen 3.5" parabolic but just thought I would ask if anyone knows if these are available for sale?  

If not available commercially - any of you guys with a feather cutter interested in cutting some and selling to me?

I am looking for right wing by the way.
