Dick's a great guy, lives in Elizabeth, Colorado and has been building bows for 25 years or so that I know of.

I had a Boss recurve. The bowyers name is Dick Boss. Frank (stickshooter)had a Boss LB and I think he has talked to Dick more recently than I have.

Nice bows, i personally had one and thought it had a little hand shock to it, moreso than my other bows did. I'm currently shooting a Black Canyon bow made by Mike Hays out of Pueblo, CO.
If you want one of Dick's bows, you can call Bob's archery in Castle Rock, CO he has them in stock.
