May I suggest to change your title topics to; Ayone from Texas? You could also post in Trad-a-Hunt forum. Good luck   ;)

Well, I live in Mississippi, but lived in Silsbee for several years as a kid. Made my first trad kill there on one of the pidgeons at the Methodist church.
Having done so much, with so little, for so long, I can now do anything with nothing.

Well there is thhe golden triangle club in Beaumont.  I belive Bill Decker is the President.  He is the same fella that heats up the TBOT Chester shoot.  I have been to a couple shoots and most of the guys were Trad shooters.

Two threads and no play dates...LOL Maybe just build the range as you mentioned and start advertizing shoots. "IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME" It worked for Kevin Costner.

Start a Trad club in your area. some of the best clubs around were started on the same basis. There may be a ton of shooters who are in the area and just not on the web. throw an add in the classifieds of your local paper (looking for fellow trad hunters) or a flyer around all the sporting good stores or convenience stores.
