Views from a cold morning

Windy, cold, and a bit of snow. No deer, but a nice time out.

Snow always makes such a difference in how the woods looks.  This pic is from yesterday afternoon, a couple days after our first snow of the season.  North facing slope and staying cold so I think I'll have this snow for a while.  Had a button buck come by on this sit, the buttons saved his skin.

Love the snowy woods also.  Sometimes (make that often) I'm daydreaming at my desk about being out in the woods.  It always looks just like your photo.
