Don Dow carbon?

Has anyone tried one of Don's bows with carbon upgrade? Any noticeable differences?

I've heard that it only gains a couple feet per second. That was from a fellow that said that is what Don told him. I don't know if thats the truth or not, but it gives you somewhere to start.

You can also email Mr Dow. Hes very friendly, answers in a timely manner and will answer all the questions you have.

Does carbon gives a smoother draw, and less vibration ?  That's what I've been told is that it is a smoother draw and less Handshock ?

Thanks guys. I had talked to don about it several months ago but since he is unable to shoot anymore I wanted to see if anyone out there had first hand knowledge. I'm thinking about trying one. His bows are already smooth and shock free; a little more speed and they would be incredible bows.
