Actually I just purchased a longbow for my wife around 30# for Christmas.  I was in the same boat and ended up getting a good arrow from Big Jim's.  It is called the Predator-2 700's and it comes with a 80gr insert/field tip with it.  This is what they suggested and they will work great.

I can't think of any carbons that would work.  For light arrows for my GF, I bought some woodies from Rob Green, who is an Associate Sponsor here.  His shop is Kid Stix.  Great POC arrows at a great price.

If you don't mind aluminums try Easton's "Jazz" or"Blues" arrows. They go down to very light spine weights and have a good components selection for them, nocks, inserts, nibbs, etc.

Look at some GT Entrada 600,they are about 5.7 GPI.I shoot them out of my lighter bows. They would be alittle over 300 grs. with 100 gr. point.I don't think you will find many lighter unless you want to spend some big bucks.I don't think you will be able to find 7 GPP arrow for a 30# bow, that would be an  in the lower 200 grs.

Your looking for the Carbon express predator 2.They come in a 700 and 800,with half out point inserts so you can use srew in heads.

We carry both the 700's and 800's and all the stuff to go with them. They work fantastic for all of those very light bows.
The GT entrada 600's and the CX 75's are considerably stiffer. Better than a sharp stick in the eye, but not as good as the 700's and 800's. There nubers stand for their actual spine.

thanks, bigjim
