Riporce, I also wanted to say, "I love your Royal Expi #00027!  I was just drooling over it again, on Nate's web site, for the hundredth time. I love the look of the "Tribute" but I think the Royal Expi TD will be my next  bow, for this upcoming elk season. Let me know if you ever get sick of her. I hate the thought of her getting lonely!
Softly, quietly she calls me back to the wilderness...

I love that takedown system, I have a 64in Expi Royal that is not a takedown, my Osage 62in is my fav though! Can't wait to see what this "Tribute" bow he is building me is going to look like, with the Black Locust for the riser!

The Expi is a lot differant than his D-Style, I have had a Royal and I have a Hunter! I have never shot one of his bows in a 58in length but I had a 40lb Hunter Expi that was a prototype that I used from a treestand, the Expis are faster and shoot a lot like a recurve and because of the length are great for hunting, easy to manuever! There is absolutely no handshock or thump w the Expedition!
