Which KME to get?
« on: January 13, 2013, 08:43:00 PM »
Was wondering which Kme sharpener I should get. My main need is for sharpening broadheads. Should I get the broadhead sharpener of pay the extra cost and get the knife sharpening system that can also be used on broad heads?

I have both but started with the broadhead sharpener first. If I did it again I would get the knife sharpener first, its more versatile.

If the knife sharpener will work for your broad heads I would get it instead of the broad head only sharpener. You can get your stuff wicked sharp with it.   Widow

I would call Ron and ask him. I was all set to get the broadhead sharpener and when I talked to him and told him what broadheads I shoot he told me the broadhead sharpener probably would not work well and that the knife sharpener would be what I needed. He was right. My broadheads get hair popping sharp now!
