David and Tracey with St Joe River Bows have several in stock and they are very well made.

Mike at Maddog Archery, is great and makes awesome bows! He is a sponsor here as well.  My daughter has two of his bows.

My boys have 1 of each from those 2 mentioned above, and they are both extreamly well made IN THE USA.  You cannot go wrong with either choice.

x2 Maddog

x2 7 Lakes

I bought a 7 Lakes Hill style longbow for my grandson. NICE!

Maddog also has a great Pup longbow. Also NICE!

Can't speak for the St. Joe River bows but everyone here has nothing but praises for them.

For the 7 and 9 age groups, you will need to get the mid size recurve or longbow if you choose Maddog, the Pup will be too small.

The St. Joe River bows look nice.  The kids have shot them and liked them.

I have seen a fair number of the rhino bows.  Look like a good bow.  We have thought about getting them, but I think the other bows look a little nicer and you get some options in wood and colors.

I just saw something from Dyrad in a post.  Looked like a nice bow, but i have not seen one in person.

I just read where Stalker has a three pc TD bow.  Static tip I think.  They will have stock limbs and you can trade in as the kids grow. That one I plan to check out next week at the Kalamazoo expo.

My son started with a Black Rhino and now he has a Dryad Phoenix lite.  Nothing bad to say about either one.

The pup long bow will not be too small. It can be drawn to 26" according to Mike's site.. I know,I have shot my daughters bows quite a bit.

Thanks Mike, was gonna mention that but you took care of it.  I made bornagainbowhunter a pup recurve a few years back I think that's what he meant.
