Any Iowans building footed woodies?

Just was wondering if anybody from Iowa was building footed arrows and would be willing to give some hands on tips? Any loaner copies of Building the Footed Arrow DVD? I have read tons of good info but it would be nice to watch a pro.     :pray:      HAPPYHUNTING!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and buy the DVD the Renfro's made.  You will thank yourself later for doing so.  The DVD gives awesome advice, and with a little creativity, you can develope your own jigs and ways to build them.  I watched the video, and before I knew it, I was spitting out pretty good looking footed shafts.

Shane, have you seen the footed arrows built by Scott Rentschler?  Scott lives a few miles north of Volga which might be in your neck of the woods. He builds them to sell but he might be willing to give you some building tips if you go see him.
