Old but sorta new Pearson needs...
« on: February 08, 2013, 08:34:00 PM »
...some cleaning and polishing advice... it has dried dirt and attic grime... can I simply use soap and water and polish it with quality automobile wax?... it's a little wood and glass 48" recurve, 24#@24" I'd like my 12 & 13 yr. old nieces to use on the 3D range...

I use Go-Jo to clean the dirt and grim.
Flitz is what I use to polish the finish.

Citrus based cleaner like Goo-Gone and Flitz for polish.

I srub them up good with water and dish soap using a spunge with the soft mesh on it.  Dry good and quick and then wax with any type car wax.
