Rick ****** (Ultracam) makes great strings, also have some of Chads (8196) and SBD (D10)strings. All are good, can't go wrong with any of them

i do.  i'm the best.  nobody can make bowstrings better than me.  my strings are better than anyone else's strings on this planet and in this universe.

of course it does.  

there is no "best" of anything.  there's only the thing that works "best" for .... YOU.

how do you get that "best" bowstring?  who will make the "best" string for you?  

there is no substitute for hand's on trial (and error).

order out at least one from each trad gang string maker and see for yourself.  

you are the only person who can tell what will work "best" for ... YOU.       :cool:

Haven't purchased a string in years. I make my own padded skinny strings. It's what works for you that matters. I will tell you this you order from Braveheart you won't wait long to get your string. Just saying. Don

Every bow Ive built gets a string by Josh Sowerby. Oliver stacey strings. Have not had a problem one with them.

Skitch hit the nail on the head. I was looking for a great string with durability, knowlege of different bows, materials and customer service. I was looking for opinions about different string makers that are sponsers. I checked out there web sites and made a purchase. Thanks to all that gave there opinions. Its great that we can throw out a question and get alot of different feedback.

I have 10 strand SBD strings on both my bows and am very pleased with them.
