Your post made me put my bows head to head. I have one of each both 55lbs.  I haven't shot my Wolverine in over 2 weeks so I strung her up to see how it compares to my SLynx.  The draw on the Slynx is just slightly smoother at my draw of just over 28 inches and I shoot the Slynx (very slightly) better.  Both are very quiet, stable and I don't "see" any performance difference.  I love em both but the Slynx is my go to bow.

I have
1pc.wolverine

1pc. slynx.

2pc. slynx

The 1pc. slynx has a much narrower grip than the other two. The draw on the wolverine will handle a little over 29, Slynx over 30".Love them Caribows.

Hey Joe, are you madly in love?

I would like to know too. Any other differences besides the grip? Hand shock, cast, accuracy? Anyone has all three models?

Yeah Tom, I'm very happy with the new 2pc.  I was worried I would regret selling that one pc to you but I had to fund the 2pc AND keep the wife happy  ;)

re: 2pc vs 1pc...  When assembled I can't tell the difference in looks or when shooting.

kwyk styc, I suppose they prolly shoot the same. I have a large hand and the larger grip of the 2 pc. I like better. I shoot with a full fingered death grip and the larger handle gives me more control. If I shot with a lighter 2 finger grip like some guys do it might not matter. My Caribows and Shrews have the best grips I have tried so far.
What is handshock? lol.
As far as cast? To my eye the Caribows are the hardest hitting bows I have tried. All my bows are 53@29 and I shoot 650 grn. arrows.
Abes 2 pc design is bombproof.

Yep Cari-bows belong to the best! I only have 2 1-pce Peregrines. But I must say that my Phoenix shoots even faster and is even more quiet in the hand after the release. But thats splitting hairs...
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]

I also owned many top of the line bows according to all the great info i gather from this site, but my preference so far are my wolverines.  Now i'm thinking about giving the slynx a try.

I field tested the wolverine for a year before Abe started to advertise the bow. I beat the crap out of it, and hunted hard with it. To this day, it is still my favorite longbow. His new Tuktu Extreme recurve, Is an amazing bow as well. Super fast, and quiet like a longbow. Sorry to veer off from your question. I own both bows, and in my personal opinion, and experience with both models, I highly recommend the Wolverine.

Its performs very well. Its hard to compare a recurve to a longbow. The tuktu extreme sure is fast though, and and quiet for a recurve.
