Damon Howatt Buffalo Hunter questions
« on: February 18, 2013, 05:37:00 PM »
I recently saw a Damon Howatt Buffalo Hunter, it was made in 1995 and I hear that only 500 were made. Would this be a collector only bow???

What would its value be in todays market?

Thank you

Although it is highly collectable,I would hunt it.Their red elm limbs in my opinion are some of the smoothest, fastest made.Their grip fits my hand the best.Great bow.Id have bought it myself, but didnt want another war with the wife and have 3 to sell.Plus,I had just bought a Gail Martin 50th anniv.takedown.Its a great price I think.I think 500.to 600.on the value. Its a buyers market for everything right now.Except ammo that is.Best of luck.

I can't answer your question but I have always thought the riser design in the Dreamcatcher and Buffalo Hunter is an awesome one.

Can you imagine what it would look like with figured exotics?  Oh My!!!
