MY NEW VIXEN
« on: February 28, 2013, 05:12:00 PM »
Great bow and it's a lefty. I recently switched and had JD craft this bow. It sends an arrow downrange fast! It's easy to tune. Zero hand shock! And quiet as a mouse in slippers. 47 at 27.5 68" bamboo lams and chechen riser. I think James has raised the bar with his Vixens.  [/IMG]  [/IMG]

No pict for me.  Love to see it, glad you like it.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

I have wrestled with posting the images for an hour now. I have reformatted the images 3 times and edited myu post 3 times and they still do not come up. I will work on it. They should allow us to just uplaod directly from our own files.

Looks like to me you have double brackets, take one set out and see if that works.

Let's see if this helps.

I was able to show the image but it's too big to use in a post on the 'gang.

If you can reduce the image size, one of us can help with posting.

It's hard to beat a Vixen. I love mine and it is my goto for sure.  After talking with James about his bows he really has me wanting to add an Argos to the stable too.

When it comes to American longbows I feel the Vixen has taken the top seat, these bows are flat out amazing

Brian, I really love my Argos too. I am just wishing it was a bit heavier these days. Be that as it may, it is still a killer at 48#.  It likes very heavy GT carbons w/inserts... total to about 550 grains.

Also, Arrow F, I wanted to say that I really like the swade-side-out green handle.  The colors really works with the Chenchen and the white belly is really classy.

I got the pics in my mailbox, and today I realized they changed over my photo bucket and I really do not like it.  Way to much going on an it slows the page down.  But I am done blabbing.  Here are the only pics I received of the Vixen so far.

JW,
You pushed me over the edge with your post bud. I just got off the phone with James and I am having him build me an Argos.  All i did is get my name on the list right now, so I need to decide on riser, length, poundage, cores, glass.... OH never mind, I need to decide on the whole bow. LOL I do know for a fact it will be a straight grip.
