well I make my own string and like trophy and 8190 , have had good results with 452x as well.

The 6 strand is only for bows with 53# and under effective draw weight.
I believe 8 strand goes to 63# and 10 strand is for 63#+
I put the 8 strand on my Thunderchild. It is 53# at my 27".
I've got several 6 strand strings on other bows. All of them are excellent!
If your draw weight is less than 53#, I would go with 6 strand. Its an amazing string.
