Anyone ever shoot either the Samick CA60 or the Raider longbows. Thought about getting one last year, but got a local bowyer to make a bow for me.The bow I got was more of a hybred than a true longbow. Thanks, Dave

My daughter and my grandson shoot a Verna longbow. They are very nice for the money, pretty quick and quiet. I am not familar with the ones you mentioned. Shawn

I had a Verna for about a month...then it delaminated.

If it was a Flatwoods the local bowyer made for you, I'd say you made a good choice.

Samick makes good stuff all around for the most part. Another cheapie longbow to consider that shoots well is the Greatree Solo, nothing to write home about but will do the job with no fuss.
