A project in the works.
« on: March 08, 2013, 07:21:00 PM »
Needed to trim the butterfly bush, and I also had a request for a basket. So, I cut her down and picked a few stems out.

After a bunch of messing around, I got a basic form ready. Now I'm planning the design.

I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

Came up with a great idea for the inside base....... but don't want to give too much away. ...

Finally moving along. It is really best to do a whole basket at one time, but I have not been able to do that. So, here is where I'm at. Decided this one is for general use. Next one will be for someone else.

Shawn, they are great for summer, stumping etc. Broadheads get hung up in it.

Just about done with this thing. It has been slow going since I have only been picking away at it. Needs a strap and a little fuzz on the top.

I have watched other basket build alongs and I am always amazed how they turn out.  Awesome work!  Maybe someday ill attempt one.  I would be better off using the pvc pipe you had for a mold and throwing a strap on that!   :notworthy:

Ok, wrapping it up here. The only beaver I had left was a little puffy, but it works out ok. Holds a dozen arrows a bit snug.
