Yes, I have a nice recurve; that is an understatement.
However, it would be nice to have a static tip recurve also.... Just being greedy here.....  :dunno:
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]

Boy that is neat to see where the lift off is. I love that 62. The cam is working through most of the entire draw cycle. lift off at 25 inches or perhaps a bit more. That makes for a very quiet bow,. The string rolls right back up on the limb when released with no string slap at all. I believe this alone would make a curved static the way to go for a hunting bow;.

Nice Job sir:
God bless, Steve

yesterday afternoon I had a first hand experience with a 3 piece static from Abe. A guy I know just got it and let me shoot it.
Very Nice to look at, and nicer to shoot. Quiet as a church mouse, and it seemed quite quick, considering It was about 50# and I was shooting 750 gr arrows.
 Well done Abe.

Abe's bows are the bomb! I have two of the prettiest and best shooting longbows he has ever made, an Slynx and a Silver Fox.

I love this style of bow. Nice work, glad to see these on the market by more bowyers. If you had to separate bows in to shooters or hunters the static is hunter all the way in my book.
I dont think the static has had its day and more guys will appreciate them with the latest woods and materials.
