I have been using them for over 20 years. Very handy. Work well for me. I get them at Black Widow.

I use Black Widow's Palm Tab also. It makes for a nice release, and leaves your hand/fingers bare for pulling arrows etc..

I use the spacer, but drill a small pilot hole first or it may split when the screw goes in.
If it's in your way, move it.

I used the one made by vista for a long time. I switched to three under and started making my own. I am a big fan.

Look on the Black Widow web site, or look in their catalog.

I shoot 3 under and don't use the spacer.

Palm Tabs don't have loops for a finger attachment. They are attached to your wrist by a lanyard and lay in the hand/palm. As mentioned, Black Widow has them in their catalog online so you can have a look there.

I glued in an extra layer of leather into mine. I really like it. They are pretty cheap so it can't hurt giving one a try.

So one can pretty much turn any tab into a palm tab by removing the finger loop and adding a tether, right?
