How to make arrow gripper smaller?
« on: March 14, 2013, 09:09:00 AM »
I switched to 5/16 carbons. The gripper on quiver fits my larger woods. Is there a way to make the gripper smaller? I thought I read about using spray on rubber? Any ideas? Thank you. GN wants $20.00 plus for a new one.

Small rubber bands or tubing, hook from from gripper 1 to gripper 2. Then from gripper 2 to gripper 3 and so on. You see what I mean?

O-rings work as well, easier to find than small black rubber bands, not quite as neat

Put an ad in the quiver classifieds and trade for one. There is probably someone who did the opposite of you.

If you buy it and take care of it it will last you a life time. I have one of each size. You will never have to buy it again. If you think of it that way it's cheap.

I took some of the self stick Velcro I use for covering the shelf, cut small pieces that fit inside the gripper of my Boa.  This works great and is cheap.
