I read the other day that if you'll soak wool in fabric softener it will loosen the weave. I plan on trying it soon...?

I've never had any luck stretching wool. After hand washing in cold water I've pulled the sleeves out and dried the garment on a towel but never tried to stretch too short sleeves. I tend to not wash wool garments much due to this.

You might try talking with Teresa Asbell. She makes wool pullovers/zip-ups, vests and is a sponsor on TG. You might also talk to Chris Deshler who makes wool vests, neck gaiters, Chuck at Two Tracks Bow & Wool, Co is her husband. Either one could give good advice, both are in Michigan.

Get shirt jac wet in soapy water. Tie shirt between two Clydsdales. Add 6ft rattlesnake.
