Adhesive for fur quivers
« on: March 22, 2013, 10:25:00 AM »
Curious what people are using for adhering a tanned fur to an inside leather quiver. Have a fox hide that I want to attach to the inside leather to complete the project. Thanks for any suggestions.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Tom, I use Barge Cement. I adhered a fox hide to the outside of my quiver and it worked well.  It's available from 3 Rivers for about $6 or $7 per tube.

would like to know this as well. have an awesome coyote skin coming soon that i want to make into a quiver. my best guess would be sewing it on and not gluing, but i'd like to hear some suggestions too.
